It is obvious that fair sex is facing difficulties,much more than his famale counterpart, from birth to death, in this uneven world. ومن الواضح ان عادل الجنس تواجه صعوبات اكبر بكثير من بلدة famale النظير ، من الولادة حتى الموت ، في هذا العالم غير متكافئ. Her life is not safe, even in her mother's womb! حياتها ليست آمنة ، حتى في رحم أمها! Eve-teasing, dowry harassment,etc...the list doesnot end! - عشية الاثاره ، والمهر المضايقه ، الخ.. قائمة doesnot نهاية!

This is about eve-teasing death of a girl, due to torture meted out to her in a far off town , away from her home,where she had gone for studying. هذا هو عن الاثاره - عشية وفاة طفلة ، بسبب التعذيب meted أصل لها في المدينة بعيدا ، بعيدا عن منزلها ، حيث قالت انها ذهبت للدراسة.

That teenage girl by name Muthu selvi, was studying in the XI th standard . ان فتاة في سن المراهقه muthu selvi بالاسم ، وكان يدرس في الحادي عشر ث القياسيه. Some youths had photographed her in their cell camera and were black mailing her. بعض الشباب قد صورت لها في زنزانتهم الكاميرا وكانت سوداء البريديه بلدها. It is said that they were threatening to mix some obscene photographs of women, with Muthuselvi's face and put it in the net. ومن قال انهم يهددون مزيج البذيءه بعض الصور الفوتوغرافيه للنساء ، مع muthuselvi وجه ووضعها في صافي. The girl did not realise that the threat was only a hollow one and that it was made only to embarass and blackmail her and nothing more. الفتاة لم ادرك ان التهديد ما هو الا أجوف واحد ، وأنه لم يتم الا لاحراج لها والابتزاز وليس اكثر من ذلك.

Muthuselvi is just one example. Muthuselvi مجرد مثال واحد. Eve-teasing deaths of innocent girls are happening in every part of our country.It is discomforting that even after the enactment of strict laws,by the governments, the menace is continuing. - عشية الاثاره وفاة الابرياء من الفتيات يحدث في كل جزء من اعمالنا country.it الازعاج هو انه حتى بعد سن قوانين صارمه ، من جانب الحكومات ، فان الخطر لا يزال مستمرا.

Muthuselvi was staying at the hostel run for SC/ST community students,at Nagercoil, and studying at the Salvation Army Higher Secondaray School, nearby.Salvation Army is one among the various Pentecost sects of christianity. Muthuselvi هو البقاء في الفندق لترشيح نفسه للالشورى / شارع مجتمع الطلاب ، في nagercoil ، وعلى مقاعد الدراسه فى جيش الخلاص العالي secondaray المدرسة ، nearby.salvation الجيش هو احد عيد العنصره بين مختلف الطوائف المسيحيه.

What sin has this innocent girl done to lose her life? ما ذنب الابرياء هذا وقد فعلت لفتاة تفقد حياتها؟ Before her suicide, the fatherless girl had conveyed to her mother,while at home,in a village, in Tirunelveli District, earlier, about the torture by some youths. يعرض عليها من الانتحار ، يتيم الفتاة قد نقلت الى والدتها ، بينما في البيت ، في احدى القرى ، في Tirunelveli المنطقة ، في وقت سابق ، عن التعذيب على ايدي بعض الشباب. Her mother who is an agricultural worker perhaps failed to grab the magnitude of the problem faced by her daughter. أمها الذي هو عامل زراعي ربما فشلت في الاستيلاء على حجم المشكلة التي تواجهها ابنتها. She sent back Muthuselvi to the hostel, where she was staying , after consoling her. ارسله muthuselvi العودة الى الفندق ، حيث كانت تقيم ، بعد مواساه لها. For the last time of course! للمرة الأخيرة طبعا!

After some days, a dull Muthuselvi, who returned home hanged herself up! وبعد بضعة ايام ، ممل muthuselvi ، الذين عادوا الى منازلهم حتى شنق نفسه! Who can console her mother and her only elder brother? من يستطيع console امها واولادها فقط الأخ الاكبر؟ It was reported,lately, that some youth had been taken into custody. وافيد ، في الآونة الأخيرة ، ان بعض الشباب قد احتجز.

If Muthuselvi's father had been alive and happend to be a big shot, he would have probably sent strong men to teach the culprits appropriate lessons and drive them away for ever. Muthuselvi الد اذا كان على قيد الحياة وhappend لتكون الطلقه الكبيرة ، وقال انه سيتعين على الارجح ارسال قوية لتعليم الرجال المذنبون الدروس المناسبه وحملهم بعيدا عن اي وقت مضى.

We find poor students falling an easy prey to eve-teasing, more often than well off students, comparatively speaking. ونجد الطلاب الفقراء التي تقع فريسه سهلة لحواء - الاثاره ، في اكثر الاحيان جيدا من الطلاب ، نسبيا. Also, for example, if her father was alive and happened to be a higher Police Official, no body would have dared to go near her! ايضا ، على سبيل المثال ، إذا كان والدها على قيد الحياة وتصادف ان كان اعلى الشرطة الرسمية ، وستقوم هذه الهيءه قد لا يتجرأ على الذهاب بالقرب عنها!

By law, the government should make it mandatory that the youth found to be guility in eve-teasing deaths should be dismissed from the school/college he is studying and also barred from joining any other school/college - even through correspondence. بموجب القانون ، يجب على الحكومة ان تجعل من الزاميه ان الشباب وجد ان guility الاثاره - في عشية وفاة ينبغي استبعدوا من المدرسة / الكليه وهو يدرس ايضا ، ومنعوا من الانضمام الى اي مدرسة اخرى / كلية -- وحتى عن طريق المراسله. They should not be allowed to join the government services. يجب الا يسمح لها بالانضمام الى الخدمات الحكوميه. Their Driving Licenses should also be cancelled permanently.No Bank or Insurance Company should entertain them for opening a Bank account or getting an Insurance Policy. على رخص القيادة وينبغي ايضا إلغاء permanently.no مصرف او شركة تأمين أن تقبل منهم لفتح حساب مصرفي او الحصول على بوليصه تأمين. They should not be issued passports, through out their lives. وينبغي الا تصدر جوازات السفر ، من خلال الخروج على حياتهم. All these punishments should be apart from rigorous imprisonment for a few years. كل هذه العقوبات ينبغي أن يكون بصرف النظر عن السجن لبضع سنوات. In essence, they should be blacklisted at all levels and made a "zero'! في جوهرها ، وانها ينبغي ان تكون في القائمة السوداء على جميع المستويات ، وقدمت "الصفر'!

Then only there will be no more Muthuselvis. عندئذ فقط لن يكون هناك اي اكثر muthuselvis.

At the other end, the parents should bring up their children , whether male or female, who are would-be teenagers with love, piousness, honesty, patience, confidence and sensitivity to others' mental and physical sufferings. وفي الطرف الاخر ، وينبغي ان يربي الاباء والامهات اولادهم ، سواء كان ذكرا أم أنثى ، والذين هم - سوف يكون المراهقون مع الحب ، والتقوى ، والصدق ، والصبر ، والثقة والحساسيه الى الآخرين المعاناة النفسية والجسديه. Parents should be a role-model for their children! الآباء ينبغي ان يكون دور - نموذج لأطفالهم! Then only, there will be no need, for them, to repent in the future. عندئذ فقط ، فلن تكون هناك حاجة ، بالنسبة لها ، ان يتوب في المستقبل. Mind, Parents whose son is in jail,for causing an eve-teasing death, cannot be happy,as well! العقل ، وعلى الوالدين الذين الابن هو في السجن ، وتسبب الاثاره - عشية موت ، لا يمكن ان يكون سعيدا ، وأيضا!

Parents of teenage girls should deal with them in a friendly manner and conduct themselves in such a way that their offsprings repose absolute faith in them and convey their sorrows and agonies. الاباء والامهات من المراهقات ينبغي التعامل معها بطريقة ودية واجراء انفسهم في هذا السبيل ان الذريات راحة ايمان مطلق في ان انقل لهم والحزن على ويلات. Most girls are extroverts but there are introvert girls too. معظم الفتيات المنفتحون ولكن هناك أيضا فتيات الانطوائي. The parents of those girls should be more alert. آباء وأمهات هؤلاء الفتيات ينبغي ان تكون اكثر يقظه.

So, fear alone can deter vultures, eyeing for innocent pigeons, such as Muthuselvi, of Tamilnadu. بذلك ، والخوف وحدها قادرة على ردع العقبان ، والمراقبة للطيور الحمام الأبرياء ، مثل muthuselvi ، من Tamilnadu.

It is the duty and responsibility of the government to enact legislation on the above harder lines, and put a full-stop to such heart-breaking deaths, immediately ! ومن واجب ومسؤولية الحكومة على سن تشريعات بشأن اعلاه اصعب الخطوط ، ووضع أ - التوقف الكامل لكسر هذا القلب - وفاة ، وعلى الفور!
