Not loosing any weight? لا تتخلى عن اي وزن؟

No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to lose any weight. مهما فعلت ، لم استطع يبدو ان تفقد اي وزن. Every couple of days I would weigh myself on the bathroom scale, but the results were always the same. كل يومين واود ان يزن نفسي على نطاق الحمام ، ولكن النتائج كانت دائما واحدة.
