حالة عالمية للرعايه الصحية

Many countries, both developed and developing, have had Universal Healthcare systems in place for many years. كثير من البلدان ، المتقدمه والناميه على السواء ، فقد كان الجميع نظم الرعايه الصحية في المكان لعدة سنوات. As such, it is not the concept, but the level of universal healthcare implementation that calls for debate. على هذا النحو ، فليس من المفهوم ، ولكن على مستوى عالمي من الرعايه الصحية التي تدعو الى تنفيذ المناقشه.

While government sponsored healthcare access is working well in many parts of the developed world, others are complaining of proven loopholes in the healthcare mandate. وفي حين وصول الرعايه الصحية التي ترعاها الحكومة تعمل بشكل جيد فى العديد من اجزاء العالم المتقدم ، والبعض الاخر يشكو من ثغرات ثبت الرعايه الصحية في الولايه. For the rest, however, healthcare access is still a distant privilege. بالنسبة للباقي ، ولكن الوصول الى الرعايه الصحية لا تزال بعيدة امتياز. The so-called greatest nation in the world – America -- is presently crying hoarse over the lack of adequate healthcare insurance for its people; millions of Americans (mostly children and seniors) are still uninsured for healthcare in the country. ما يسمى أعظم أمة في العالم -- امريكا -- حاليا بكاء أجش مدى عدم كفاية الرعايه الصحية والتأمين لشعبها ؛ الملايين من الأميركيين (ومعظمهم من الاطفال والكبار) ما زالوا غير مؤمن للرعايه الصحية في البلاد.

As of now, even the United States does not have a universal health care system but does have certain publicly funded health care programs, and the federal law ensures public access to emergency services. اعتبارا من الان ، وحتى الولايات المتحدة ليس لديها نظام رعايه صحيه شاملة ولكن لديه بعض المموله من القطاع العام برامج الرعايه الصحية ، والقانون الاتحادي ليضمن وصول الجمهور الى خدمات الطوارئ. The situation, however, is adding to the fury of a large section of the already enraged insured Americans who feel that their plight is no better as they are being put through unending waiting periods for proper medical treatment. بيد ان هذه الحاله ، هي اضافة الى غضب قسم كبير من المؤمن بالفعل اثار غضب الاميركيين الذين يشعرون بأن محنتهم ليست افضل كما انهم يتعرضون للوضع خلال فترات الانتظار لينتهي العلاج الطبي المناسب.

Ditto with the National Health Scheme of the United Kingdom. كما سبق مع الخطة الصحية الوطنية للمملكة المتحدة. Though the healthcare machinery is perceived to be running quite efficiently, the backlog of patients waiting to receive even emergency healthcare is rather large. ورغم ان الرعايه الصحية ينظر اليها على الآلات يتم تشغيل بكفاءه تامة ، والمتراكم من الانتظار لاستقبال المرضى حتى في حالات الطوارئ والرعايه الصحية هي كبيرة الى حد ما. The government does devote attention to the most urgent cases, yet there are people who are forced to seek treatment in private hospitals, be it home country or elsewhere. هل الحكومة تكرس اهتمامها لمعظم الحالات العاجلة ، ولكن هناك الناس الذين يضطرون الى البحث عن العلاج في المستشفيات الخاصة ، سواء كان البلد الاصلي او في اي مكان آخر.

Countries that provide Universal Healthcare, whatever the extent, have their own mandates and they are mostly implemented through legislation and taxation for compulsory safety net insurance. البلدان التي توفر الرعايه الصحية العالمي ، أيا كان مدى ، لديها ولايات وهي في مجملها وتنفيذها من خلال التشريعات والضرائب لشبكة امان للتأمين الالزامي. Healthcare system of Australia, Canada, Germany, and several European countries are working well. نظام الرعايه الصحية من استراليا ، كندا ، المانيا ، وعدة بلدان اوروبيه هي تعمل بشكل جيد. If total Universal Healthcare became reality around the world, then the country’s administrative costs would be centralized and drastically reduced. اذا المجموع العالمي الرعايه الصحية اصبحت واقعا في جميع انحاء العالم ، ثم البلد وستكون التكاليف الاداريه المركزية وانخفاض شديد. Nobody needs to worry about healthcare coverage, if implemented well. لا أحد يحتاج ان تقلق على التغطيه الصحية ، واذا نفذت جيدا.

Proper execution of Universal Healthcare should help achieve United Nation’s age old declaration to provide adequate medical care to all. التنفيذ السليم العالمي ينبغي ان يساعد على تحقيق الرعايه الصحية للأمم المتحدة الاعلان سن القديمة لتوفير الرعايه الطبية الكافية للجميع.
