Future of the Earth – The World of Children مستقبل الأرض -- عالم الاطفال

Children form a vulnerable section of society. الاطفال تشكل ضعفا قسم من المجتمع. And all the world's children are the future of the earth. وجميع اطفال العالم هم مستقبل الارض.

In accepting responsibility for their well being, we are investing in their future. في قبول المسئولية عن الرفاه ، ونحن على الاستثمار في مستقبلهم.

The world will be a better or worse place depending on how we treat our children. العالم سيكون افضل او اسوأ منه يعتمد على كيفية تعاملنا مع اطفالنا.

Tomorrow's adults ... كبار الغد... give them a good future. اعطائهم بمستقبل جيد.
The Domain of Human rights violations: مجال انتهاكات حقوق الانسان :
HUMAN rights violations do not fall under the domain of only corrupt governments or dictatorships. انتهاكات حقوق الانسان لا تندرج في نطاق فقط الحكومات الفاسده او الديكتاتوريات.

Is every one NOT entitled ? هي كل واحد لا يحق؟
If we accept the definition of human rights as those that an individual is entitled to enjoy and to have protected by virtue of being a human being, then it is clear that we are all entitled to enjoy these rights. واذا قبلنا تعريف حقوق الانسان كما تلك التي يقوم بها اي فرد الحق في التمتع بالحمايه والحصول على كونه انسانا ، ثم ان من الواضح اننا جميعا يحق لهم التمتع بهذه الحقوق.

It is sad that we have to define these rights, since they seem to be the natural conditions of life — the conditions under which each human being should ideally live. ومن المحزن ان لدينا لتحديد هذه الحقوق ، لأنها تكاد تكون ظروف الحياة الطبيعيه -- الشروط التي بموجبها كل انسان ان يعيش المثاليه.

In fact, the need to define these rights, which are essentially a reiteration of the optimal conditions for human existence, has arisen because these conditions are not met in the lives of the majority. في الواقع ، والحاجة الى تحديد هذه الحقوق ، التي هي في الاساس من تكرار الظروف المثلى للوجود الانساني ، وقد نشأت بسبب هذه الشروط لم تتحقق في حياة غالبية.

Yes . نعم. The majority of the World population is suffering from this inadequacy. الاغلبيه من سكان العالم يعانون من هذا النقص.

Thus the need to set down long-winded documents like the UN charter of Human Rights. ومن هنا تنشأ الحاجة إلى وضعها منذ فترة طويلة تجشا الوثائق مثل ميثاق الامم المتحدة لحقوق الانسان.
Human rights are the rights of all to equal opportunity for social, economic, and psychological development, regardless of race, religion, caste, class, or gender. ان حقوق الانسان هي حقوق للجميع لتكافؤ الفرص الاجتماعية ، والاقتصادية ، والنفسية التنمية ، بغض النظر عن العرق أو الدين أو الطاءفه أو الطبقة أو الجنس.

It is sad that we have to remind ourselves that all of us are human, and none should assume that some are more human than others. ومن المحزن ان علينا ان نذكر انفسنا بأن لنا جميعا هي من حقوق ، وليس ينبغي ان نفترض ان بعض اكثر انسانية من غيرها.
Protection of this natural equality: حمايه هذه المساواة الطبيعيه :

Sadder still, that we have to lay down laws to protect this natural equality, because some do believe and behave in ways which prove that some humans are more equal than others, meaning entitled to more privileges than others. أشد حزنا ولا يزال ، ان لدينا لوضع قوانين لحمايه هذه المساواة الطبيعيه ، لأن بعض نؤمن فعلا والتصرف بطرق الذي يثبت ان بعض البشر هم اكثر مساواه من الآخرين ، وهذا يعني الحق في امتيازات اكثر من غيرها.

Struggle for mere survival: النضال من أجل مجرد البقاء على قيد الحياة :
The situation in our developing and under developed countries has deteriorated to such an extent that the majority are deprived of the opportunity to develop themselves. الحاله في منطقتنا الناميه والبلدان المتقدمه بموجب قد تدهورت الى درجة ان الاغلبيه محرومه من فرصة لتطوير انفسهم. Theirs is a struggle for mere survival. لهم هو كفاح من اجل مجرد البقاء. Denied their natural human rights to personal development, they are fighting to assert simply their right to be human. نفي حقهم الطبيعي لحقوق الانسان والتنمية الشخصيه ، وانهم يقاتلون لمجرد التأكيد على حقها في أن تكون البشريه.

The fundamental rights of a fellow human are violated by all of us at some point in our social interactions. الحقوق الاساسية للزميل تنتهك حقوق منا جميعا عند نقطة ما لدينا في التفاعلات الاجتماعية. Such violations are so widespread that we don't consider them to be human rights violations — هذه الانتهاكات على نطاق واسع ان ذلك لا نعتبر ان تكون انتهاكات حقوق الانسان --
like when a husband burns his wife to death because she didn't bring enough dowry, when parents force their decisions upon their children, when a man gets treated better than a woman, when a domestic or industrial laborer is underpaid and overworked, when an elderly parent is mistreated by his/her grown children. عندما مثل الزوج بيرنز زوجته حتى الموت لأنها لم تجلب مهر ، عندما يكون الآباء القوة قراراتهم على أولادهم ، وعندما يحصل على معاملة الرجل أفضل من المراه ، وعندما المنزلي او الصناعي هو عامل اقل ويعمل فوق طاقته ، وعندما الوالدين المسنين هو لسوء المعامله على يد امواله نمت الاطفال. In all of these situations, the basic tenet of equality is violated. وفي جميع هذه الحالات ، فإن المبدأ الأساسي للمساواه هو انتهكت. These are all violations of human rights, or the condition of living like human beings, that is, living humanely. وهذه كلها انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان ، أو أحوال المعيشة مثل البشر ، وهذا هو ، يعيشون بطريقة انسانية. It is an assumed quality of humans to be humane, meaning, kind, caring and compassionate. ومن المفترض نوعية من البشر لتكون انسانية ، ومعنى ، العينيه ، ورعايه رحيمة. It would not be an exaggeration to say that nobody considers these qualities to be the general attributes of today's humans. فإنه لن يكون من قبيل المبالغه ان نقول ان لا أحد يرى هذه الصفات لتكون السمات العامة للانسان اليوم.

Violator and Violated: منتهك وتنتهك :
The rights of one human being are violated at the hands of another because of a real or perceived differential in power between the violator and the violated. حقوق انسان تنتهك على ايدي آخر بسبب حقيقي او متصور للفارق في القوة بين المعتدي وانتهكت. There are no accurate statistics documenting the extent of the violation in society, the extent of psychological and emotional damage caused by such behavior, which is perpetuated and even tolerated by society. ولا توجد احصاءات دقيقة لتوثيق مدى انتهاك في المجتمع ، ومدى الاضرار النفسية والعاطفية الناجمة عن مثل هذه التصرفات ، التي تبقى إلى الأبد وحتى يتسامح المجتمع.

Most of us tend to become violators when we feel we can get away with it. معظمنا تميل الى ان تصبح المخالفين عندما نشعر بأننا يمكن ان تفلت من العقاب. A little thought about the essentially symbiotic nature of human relationships, where interdependence, and not independence, becomes the desired goal of humanity, would help us all in those moments of recklessness when we forget that the next person is as valuable as we are. بقليل من التفكير اساسا التكافليه طبيعه العلاقات الانسانيه ، حيث ترابط ، وليس الاستقلال ، ويصبح الهدف المنشود من الانسانيه ، من شأنه أن يساعدنا جميعا في تلك اللحظات من التهور عندما ننسى ان الشخص هو على النحو التالي قيمة كما نحن.

Lesson to RE LEARN: اعادة تتعلم الدرس :
Respect for the old fashioned virtues of co-operation, needing one another, surviving together, and not in spite of each other, is the lesson we have to re-learn. احترام القديمة الطراز فضائل فقمنا ، والتي تحتاج الى بعضها البعض ، وبقي على قيد الحياة معا ، وليس على الرغم من بعضها البعض ، هو الدرس الذي علينا أن نتعلم من جديد.

Re examination: اعادة الامتحان :
Humanity has to re-examine what it means to be humane. وقد الانسانيه الى اعادة النظر في ما يعنيه ان يكون انساني.
Children form a very vulnerable section of human societies. أطفال شكل بالغ الضعف قسم من المجتمعات البشريه. They deserve to be valued, nurtured, and have their rights protected by responsible adults. وهي جديره بأن قيمتها ، ورعايتها ، ولها حقوقها التي يحميها المسؤولين الكبار. It is incumbent upon all of us to protect and nurture our biological children. ومن واجبنا جميعا لحمايه ورعايه الاطفال اعمالنا البيولوجية.

Future of the Earth: مستقبل الأرض :
But all the world's children are the future of the earth. ولكن جميع دول العالم ان الاطفال هم مستقبل الارض. And in accepting some responsibility for their well-being, we are actually investing in the future of our biological children. وفي قبول بعض المسؤولية لرفاهيتهم ، ونحن فعلا الاستثمار في مستقبل اعمالنا البيولوجية الاطفال. The world shall be a better or worse place according to how we treat the children of the world today. في العالم يجب ان تكون افضل او أسوأ مكان عام طبقا لكيفية تعاملنا مع اطفال العالم اليوم. Thus, from a very selfish point of view, from the standpoint of our own survival, it would be profitable to wake up to the plight of the vast numbers of children living in poverty, where they are denied their basic right to develop as human beings. وهكذا ، من انانيه جدا وجهة نظر ، من وجهة نظر بقاء منطقتنا ، وسيكون مربحا لتصحو على محنة أعداد كبيرة من الاطفال الذين يعيشون فى حالة فقر ، حيث انهم محرومون من حقهم الاساسي في تطوير كبشر .

Rights of the Child: حقوق الطفل :
So pathetic is the condition of the world's children that the UN has formulated The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), in order to awaken slumbering nations to prevent the waste of their most valuable natural resource. حتى شفقة هو حالة الاطفال في العالم ان الامم المتحدة وضعت اتفاقيه حقوق الطفل واتفاقيه حقوق الطفل ، من اجل استنهاض النوم المتحدة لمنع هدر بها أثمن الموارد الطبيعيه.

Today's children will be tomorrow's adults, and nations that do not invest in their children shall not harvest a future crop of responsible, productive adults for a well-functioning society. أطفال اليوم ستكون كبار الغد ، والأمم التي لا تستثمر في اولادهم لا حصاد المحاصيل مقبلة من المسؤولين ، الكبار الانتاجية للمجتمع الجيد الاداء.

Poverty: الفقر :
Making light of the politically engineered tensions between countries on Land disputes , I grieve more over the common scourge of poverty that mars the countries, with millions of under-nourished, uneducated, and undervalued and war-orphaned children clamoring for the chance to live a better life. وقلل من هندستها سياسيا التوترات بين البلدان بشأن المنازعات المتعلقة بالأراضي ، وانا نحزن اكثر على مدى المشتركة افه الفقر ان المريخ البلدان ، مع الملايين من وكيل غذته ، وغير متعلمين ، والمنقوصه والحرب - الاطفال اليتامى الصراخ لفرصة العيش أ حياة افضل.

Are they NOT Worth? انها لا تستحق؟
Aren't these potentially wonderful human beings worth a lot more attention than a disputed piece of land ? أليست هذه الراءعه التي يحتمل البشر يستحق الكثير من الاهتمام اكثر من الف قطعة من الارض المتنازع عليها؟ Aren't these children worth more than whom the land ultimately belongs to? أليست هذه قيمتها اكثر من الاطفال الذين ينتمي الى الارض في نهاية المطاف؟ Wouldn't it be far better to ask our leaders to hold summits to devise effective plans for spending our taxpayers' money on the children of both the nations so that in the years to come we produce a region full of well-nourished, well-educated, responsible, and peace-loving adults? الن يكون من الافضل بكثير أن نسأل قادتنا الى عقد القمة لوضع خطط فعالة لدينا انفاق اموال دافعي الضرائب على حد سواء للأطفال بحيث المتحدة فى السنوات القادمة ونحن ننتج منطقة مليءه يتغذي بشكل جيد ، جيد المتعلمين ، ومسؤولة ، ومحب للسلام الكبار؟
