مشكلة التاميل

It was a usual hot and sultry mid march afternoon in trichnopoly, and the scene was the crowded city busstand close to the rock cut temple. وكان المعتاد الساخن وsultry منتصف اذار / مارس بعد الظهر في trichnopoly ، وكان المشهد المزدحمه busstand مدينة قريبة من الصخرة قطع المعبد. A visibly bored customer walks into a cybercafé in the first floor of the complex towards the right of the busstand. واضح بالملل العميل الى cybercafé يمشي في الطابق الاول من المجمع نحو الحق للbusstand.

“ neengal no.5 eduthukkingal ”(You can take terminal no.5) quips the shop owner, at which the customer nods and walks towards the terminal. "Neengal no.5 eduthukkingal" (يمكنك اتخاذ محطة no.5) المزح لصاحب المتجر ، في الايماءات التي العميل ويمشي نحو المحطة. After half –an-hour of serious surfing he digs his pocket for payment and as he does so asks “ evlo acchu”(how much?) - أي بعد نصف ساعة من التصفح خطيرة وقال انه منجم للدفع من جيبه وقال انه يفعل ذلك كما تطالب "evlo acchu" (كم؟)

“You seem to be from kerala. "يبدو ان لكم من ولاية كيرالا. Your accent says so.” the shop keeper asks scornfully and the customer who could see through his game of partisanship gives him a mouthful before leaving the shop angrily. اللكنه الخاصة بك يقول ذلك ". المتجر حارس بشكل محتقر ويطلب من العملاء يمكن ان انظر من خلال لعبة الحزبيه ويعطى له الفم قبل ان يغادر المحل غاضبا. The dark complexioned cybercafé owner stares at him as he goes out. الظلام ذو بشرة التحديق في cybercafé مالك له وهو يخرج.

The above incident is an indicator of state of things in the 21st century, a scene not very different from that in other parts of the country or the world. الحادثه المذكورة اعلاه هي مؤشر للدولة من الامور في القرن الحادي والعشرين ، مشهد لا يختلف كثيرا في اجزاء اخرى من البلاد او العالم. Of great importance is the tamil extremism which has been a cause of International concern. ومن الاهميه بمكان التاميليه التطرف الذى كان سببا للقلق الدولي.

In srilanka, the “tamil” extremists blow up bridges, plant bombs near buildings and commit genocide on civilians. في srilanka ، "التاميل" المتطرفين تفجير الكبارى ، ويزرعون القنابل بالقرب من المباني وارتكاب جريمه الاباده الجماعية على المدنيين. The root cause is chauvinism and separatism. والسبب الجذري هو الشوفينيه والنزعات الانفصاليه. The “tamils” who now execute these acts are mostly those immigrants who came during late medieval ages and so on and mostly from deccan plateau of India as a parts of immigrant colonists of deccan muslim kingdoms and vijayanagar dynasties. "التاميل" من الان تنفيذ هذه الاعمال غالبا هي من المهاجرين جاء في اواخر العصور الوسطى وحتى على الاعمار ومعظمهم من هضبة deccan الهند باعتبارها أجزاء من المهاجرين المستعمرين deccan المسلمين من الممالك وvijayanagar السلالات. Even though they consider their struggle in srilanka to be a continuation of the chola period and even the remote sangam times and they themselves as stemming from chola/pallava clans that fought in srilanka. على الرغم من انها تنظر في نضاله srilanka ان تكون استمرارا للchola الفترة وحتى بعد sangam مرات وانهم هم انفسهم كما النابعه من chola / pallava العشائر التي حاربت في srilanka. This problem of separatism and chauvinism is hard to solve and whatever intelligence that has been gathered reveals to us only the tip of the iceberg. هذه المشكلة من والنزعات الانفصاليه والشوفينيه من الصعب حل وأيا كانت الاستخبارات التي تم جمعها ويكشف لنا سوى غيض من فيض. The chauvinists argue by saying that human history is replete with migrations and that anyone who is willing to be considered to be a part of region or a speaker of a language should be accepted by the rest to be so right from the beginning. الشوفينيون يجادل بالقول إن تاريخ البشريه حافل الهجرات وان اي شخص من ان تكون على استعداد للنظر ان تكون جزءا من المنطقة أو من أحد المتكلمين بلغة ينبغي ان تكون مقبولة من بقية ان تكون كذلك منذ البداية. Even in a largely immigrant and historically untouched regions like Australia, New Zealand and USA , this is an unacceptable proposition, let alone for places, tongues etc with continuous history running back several centuries before common era with description in many legends.In one way, what is applicable to the new is also applicable to the remotely old. وحتى في المهاجر والى حد كبير من الناحية التاريخية لم يمسها مناطق مثل استراليا ونيوزيلندا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، وهذا هو اقتراح غير مقبول ، ناهيك عن أماكن ، والالسنه الخ ومع استمرار تشغيل التاريخ الى الوراء عدة قرون قبل الميلاد مع الوصف في كثير من legends.in طريق واحد ، ما هو الجديد ينطبق علي ينطبق ايضا على بعد القديمة.

The problem here further complicated by the fact that those who came during the late medieval ages mostly as infiltrant colonists did hail from those kingdoms which were natural foes of the above mentioned illustrious clans of cholas/pallavas and thus it makes this demand more impossible to be met and this seems to be the strongest of several serving criteria. وتكمن المشكلة هنا حيث زاد من تعقيد لان تلك جاءت من خلال اواخر العصور الوسطى الذين تتراوح اعمارهم في الغالب على النحو infiltrant المستعمرين لم الهيل من تلك الممالك التي كانت من الاعداء الطبيعيه المشار اليها اعلاه اللامع من العشائر cholas / pallavas وبالتالي فانه يجعل هذا الطلب أكثر من المستحيل ان يكون اجتمع ويبدو ان هذا هو اقوى من المعايير التي تخدم عدة.

Displaying any kind of sympathy for such duplicity, partisanship and separatism can only serve to encourage such evil all over the world. عرض اي نوع من التعاطف مع هذه الازدواجيه ، والتحزب والانفصال لا يمكن الا ان يشجع مثل هذا الشر في جميع انحاء العالم.

The Lankan side has its own complexities stemming out of migrations and is not free from partisanship. فان الجانب لانكا لديها قناعاتها ، وما تفرع من التعقيدات والهجرات لا تخلو من التحيز. It seems to me that problems of this level of complicity, magnitude,depth and duplicity can never be solved(and should not be attempted to solve diplomatically) through talks and sops and it is necessary that the evil has to destroyed through wars of destruction, fought with seriousness, determination,persistence,commitment and sincerity.There can be no two opinions on the same. ويبدو لي ان من المشاكل على هذا المستوى من التواطؤ ، وحجم وعمق والنفاق لا يمكن ابدا ان تحل (وينبغي أن لا يكون محاولة لحل دبلوماسيا) عن طريق المحادثات والرشاوى وأنه من الضروري ان الشر قد دمرت لمن خلال الحروب والدمار ، قاتلوا مع الجديه والتصميم والمثابره والالتزام وsincerity.there لا يمكن ان يكون هناك رأيين على نفسه.
