Various Ways to Get Rid of Old Computer طرق مختلفة للتخلص من الحواسيب القديمة

The old computers which are still working can be again used as the new computer but with some new installations or up gradations. الاجهزه القديمة التي لا تزال تعمل ويمكن استخدامها مرة اخرى كرئيس جديد للكمبيوتر ولكن مع بعض المنشآت الجديدة او حتى التدرج. The old computer may be disposed by landfill or other methods but these are harmful to the environment so we can get rid of the old computer in different ways according to the needs by dismantling some parts or the whole computer: القديم الحاسوب ويمكن التخلص منها عن طريق طمر النفايات أو أساليب اخرى ولكن هذه هي مضره بالبيءه حتى نتمكن من التخلص من الحواسيب القديمة بطرق مختلفة وفقا للاحتياجات عن طريق تفكيك بعض اجزاء الجامع او الحاسوب :


1) System Up gradation: This can be done in many ways as illustrated below by which the computers can be sold again at effective price. 1) نظام التدريج حتى : هذا يمكن ان يتم بطرق عديدة كما هو موضح ادناه الذي الحواسيب يمكن ان تباع مرة أخرى فعالة في الاسعار.

a) Monitor Up gradation: The monitor contains lead which is harmful to the environment when it get mixed with it, so we can replace the old cathode ray tube(CRT) screens with the new flat displays. أ) ان ترصد حتى التدريج : يتضمن رصد الراءده التي تضر بالبيءه عندما احصل مختلطه معها ، لذلك فاننا يمكن ان تحل محل القديمة انبوب اشعه القطب السالب (انبوب اشعه القطب السالب) مع الشاشات المسطحه عروض جديدة.

b) Processor Up gradation: The processor up gradation is the effective means to increase the performance by increasing the frequency on which the old computer is working. ب) المعالج حتى تدريج : المعالج حتى تدريج هو وسيلة فعالة لزيادة الأداء من خلال زيادة تواتر على الكمبيوتر القديم الذي تعمل عليه. This increases the speed of the computer to a large extent and increases the computer’s performance. وهذا يؤدي الى زيادة سرعة الكمبيوتر ، الى حد كبير ، ويزيد من اداء الحاسوب.

c) Memory installation: We can increase the RAM memory or can install new fast memories like cache memory to increase the speed. ج) تركيب الذاكرة : نستطيع زيادة ذاكرة الرام أو يمكن تركيب ذاكرة جديدة بسرعة مثل مخبأ الذاكرة الى زيادة السرعه. Generally the 1 GB RAM is being used now days. عموما فإن 1 غيغابايت رام تستخدم الان يوما.

d) Hard Disk Space: We can increase the low spaced hard disk to higher memory disk like 80 GB or greater. د) على القرص : يمكننا زيادة المنخفضه متباعده القرص الصلب الى الذاكرة العالي مثل القرص 80 جيجابايت أو أكبر. This can help to increase the size of وهذا يمكن ان يساعد على زيادة حجم
storing the data. تخزين البيانات.

e) Component Replacement: Many parts of the computer can be replaced by new parts like CD Drives can be replaced by new combo CD/DVD drives. ه) استبدال العنصر : العديد من اجزاء الحاسوب ويمكن الاستعاضه عن اجزاء جديدة مثل قرص يحرك يمكن الاستعاضه عنها مجموعة جديدة قرص / محركات اقراص الفيديو الرقميه. Even the accessories like printer, modem etc. can also be replaced by newer ones. حتى الملحقات مثل الطابعه ، والمودم الخ كما يمكن الاستعاضه عن أحدث منها.

f) Reformatting: The reformatting is a technique to install new operating system to increase the performance as computer might be infected from some viruses, worms etc. Thus by installing new and advance operating system again makes an old computer to work like new computer. و (اعادة صياغه : اعادة صياغه هو تقنيه لتركيب نظام التشغيل الجديد لزيادة اداء الكمبيوتر كما قد يكون بعض المصابين من الفيروسات والديدان وغيرها ومن ثم عن طريق تركيب جديدة وتقدم مرة اخرى يجعل نظام التشغيل قديم الحاسوب لعمل جديدة مثل الحاسوب.

These are the methods by which we can make the old computer comparable to a newer one. هذه هي الطرق التي يمكننا ان نجعل الحواسيب القديمة للمقارنة لأحدث واحد.

2) Reuse: This method refers to sell the old computers. 2) اعادة الاستعمال : هذه الطريقة تشير الى بيع الاجهزه القديمة. The firms which have a stock of old computer can sell their computers to other smaller firms at reduced prices. الشركات التي لديها مخزون من الحواسيب القديمة يمكن بيع ما لديهم من اجهزة الكمبيوتر الى الشركات الأصغر الأخرى بأسعار مخفضه. Even the old computers can be given to employees. حتى القديمة التي يمكن اعطاؤها للمستخدمين.

3) Recycle: The recycle process can be a difficult one or can be simpler one depending upon the state of computer specially monitors which contains the hazardous Lead which is harmful for environment. 3) اعادة تدوير : اعادة تدوير العملية يمكن ان تكون صعبة واحد او يمكن ان تكون أكثر بساطة واحد تبعا لحالة الحاسوب خصيصا مراقبي التي تتضمن الخطره التي تؤدي الضاره للبيئة. Computer also contains harmful elements like Mercury, Cadmium etc. So the method of landfill can be adopted. كمبيوتر يحتوي على عناصر ضاره ايضا مثل الزئبق والكادميوم وما الى ذلك طريقة طمر النفايات التي يمكن اعتمادها. In many countries governments have employed some provisions for recycling the old computers. في كثير من البلدان الحكومات التي استخدمتها بعض الاحكام لاعادة تصنيع الحواسيب القديمة.

4) Trade-in: Many computer producing companies like Dell, HP/Compaq have trade-in programs where they may charge some fees for trade in programs for old computer. 4) - في التجارة : كثير من الشركات المنتجة للكمبيوتر مثل Dell ، حصان / كومباك لها بالتجاره في البرامج حيث انها قد يقيد بعض الرسوم للتجارة في برامج الحاسوب القديمة. Gateway’s program provides refund ($25 to $50 cash refund) on donating the old computer. ويوفر البرنامج مدخلا للإسترداد ($ 25 الى 50 دولارا مبلغ نقدي) على التبرع القديم الحاسوب. Dell has a provision (Dell Exchange) for the Dell customers for donating, trading, or selling used Dell computers. وقد حكم Dell (Dell الصرف (Dell للعملاء للتبرع ، والتجارة ، او بيع Dell تستخدم الحواسيب.

5) Charity: This is valuable method for getting rid of the old computer. 5) الاحسان : هذه هي طريقة قيمة للتخلص من الحواسيب القديمة. Some companies which donate their computers to schools, charity trusts etc. get tax relaxation by the government. بعض الشركات التي تبرع حواسيبهم الى المدارس ، والاعمال الخيريه واثقه من الحصول على الضرائب وما الى الاسترخاء من جانب الحكومة.

6) Applying old computer for low usage purposes: By this we can also apply the usage of old computers by using system up gradation system and apply them for low usage application. 6) تطبيق القديمة الحاسوب لاغراض الاستخدام منخفض : يمكننا عن طريق هذا ينطبق ايضا على استخدام الحواسيب القديمة باستخدام نظام التدريج حتى نظام وتطبيقها لتطبيق الاستخدام منخفض.


Computer Disposal Evaluation الحاسوب التخلص التقييم
The computer disposal evaluation may be based on the legal issues as well as with the financial issues. الحاسوب التخلص التقييم يمكن ان تستند الى المسائل القانونية وكذلك مع القضايا المالية. The disposal method must be with less error. طرق التخلص من يجب ان يكون مع اقل خطأ. The method should be environmental beneficial and economic too. الطريقة ينبغي ان تكون مفيدة البيءيه والاقتصادية ايضا. The legal, cost and error are the main issue in disposal evaluation. القانوني ، والتكلفه خطأ هى القضية الرئيسية فى التخلص من التقييم.

The system up gradation is the most useful method to eliminate the problem of old computer. النظام حتى تدريج هو انفع طريقة للقضاء على مشكلة قديمة الحاسوب. Thus one can make old system comparable to new system without much expenditure. وهكذا يمكن لاحد ان يجعل النظام القديم الى النظام الجديد للمقارنة دون الكثير من النفقات. This method decreases the chances of error. هذا الأسلوب يقلل من احتمالات الخطأ.

The computer may be disposed according to its working condition. الحاسوب قد يكون التخلص منها وفقا لظروف عملها. The computer which is still working efficiently can be applied in other application. الكمبيوتر التي ما زالت تعمل بكفاءه يمكن تطبيقها في تطبيق الأخرى. This is the best usage of a computer which is money saving. هذا هو افضل استخدام الحاسوب الذي هو انقاذ المال.

The recycling method is effective method but it may lead to various harmful effects like land pollution, air pollution etc. So this method must be according to the environmental laws which are implemented by the government or other bodies. إعادة تدوير الطريقة طريقة فعالة لكنها قد تؤدي الى مختلف الآثار الضاره مثل تلوث الارض ، تلوث الهواء وما الى ذلك وهذه الطريقة يجب ان تكون وفقا لقوانين البيءيه التي تنفذها الحكومة أو هيئات اخرى. Thus this method of disposing the computer must be legal to save the environment by various harmful elements. وهكذا هذه الطريقة للتخلص من الحواسيب يجب ان يكون قانونيا لانقاذ البيئة من جانب مختلف عناصر ضاره. Landfill is also a method but it is also harmful method as it also degrades the environment. المدفن هو ايضا وسيلة ولكنها ايضا طريقة لانها ضاره ايضا الى تدهور البيئة.

The other methods are also there like reuse, trade-in etc. which are also useful methods. الطرق الأخرى هي ايضا هناك مثل اعادة استخدامها ، والتجارة فى الخ - التي هي ايضا اساليب مفيدة. Reuse method is efficient method which can be used to sell computer and thus one can earn some money for purchasing newer one. اعادة استخدام الاسلوب هو طريقة فعالة والتي يمكن ان تستخدم لبيع الحاسوب ، وبالتالي يمكن للمرء ان كسب بعض المال لشراء أحدث واحد. Thus the cost of new computer is decreased. وهكذا فان تكلفة حاسوب جديد هو تناقص. This method is legal and causes no harm to the environment. وهذه الطريقة هي الاسباب القانونية وعدم الاضرار بالبيءه.

Many companies have employed some trade-in program which may be free or companies may charge some fees for this. كثير من الشركات التى يعمل بها نحو التجارة - في البرنامج التي قد تكون حرة او قد يقيد بعض الشركات لهذه الرسوم. The trade-in programs are in moderate use now a day. - التجارة في البرامج هي الآن في استخدام معتدل يوميا. This is effective mean to reduce the bulk of old computers although one may have to spend money on this method. وهذا يعني فعالة للحد من الجزء الاكبر من الحواسيب القديمة على الرغم من ان احد قد تضطر الى انفاق المال على هذه الطريقة.

One can donate their computers also, to reduce the application of recycling method to decrease the pollution.. يمكن للمرء ان تبرع حواسيبهم ايضا ، للحد من تطبيق اسلوب اعادة التدوير لتقليل التلوث..

The best method is system up gradation as it has less error possibilities as well as its low cost. أفضل طريقة هي نظام التدريج حتى انها اقل خطأ الامكانيات فضلا عن انخفاض التكلفه. Then the reuse method is also good. ثم اعادة استخدام طريقة هي أيضا جيدة. The recycle method is quite to reduce computer bulk but causes pollution and other errors may happen. فإن طريقة اعادة تدوير تماما للحد الحاسوب ولكن معظم اسباب التلوث وغيرها من الاخطاء يمكن ان يحدث. Then the charity and trade-in are also good methods. ثم الخيريه والتجارة - هي ايضا في اساليب جيدة. The last one which is of low usage is using old computers in other small usage application. آخر واحد وهو المنخفض هو استعمال الحواسيب القديمة باستخدام الصغيرة الاخرى في تطبيق الاستخدام.
