مشاهدة افريقيا تنمو متصل بالانترنت

Africa is graduating from the concept of using the Internet as just an instrument of basic communication and beginning to recognize it as a tool for growth in their businesses. افريقيا هو خروجها من فكرة استخدام الانترنت بوصفه مجرد أداة أساسية للاتصال وبداية الاعتراف بها باعتبارها أداة لتحقيق النمو في اعمالها التجارية. Various organizations, commercial farmers and crop marketing companies in Zambia and Zimbabwe are composing online content to promote socioeconomic development. مختلف المنظمات ، والمزارعين التجاريين وشركات تسويق المحاصيل في زامبيا وزمبابوي وتتكون المحتوي على الانترنت لتعزيز التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. Offering their citizens information and advice with aims of teaching them how to boost their production and market their produce. عرض مواطنيها المعلومات والمشوره مع اهداف التدريس لهم سبل زيادة حجم انتاجها وتسويق منتجاتهم.

Among those offering their service to the public is the African Internet Service Providers Association along with African ISPs (Internet Service Providers) who are working on plans to furnish free Web pages or blogs to all their clients and develop user friendly Web publishing tools to help farmers publish content. ومن بين تلك التي تقدم خدماتها الى الجمهور الافريقي مقدمي خدمات الانترنت ، الى جانب الرابطه الافريقيه مقدمي خدمات الأنترنت (خدمات الانترنت) الذين يعملون على وضع خطط لتقديم الحرة صفحات الويب أو بلوق لجميع عملائها وسهل الاستعمال تطوير أدوات النشر على الويب لمساعدة المزارعين نشر محتوى.

As Africa becomes more Internet savvy, other projects are underway to aide progress in connecting them with the rest of the world. اذ ان افريقيا اصبحت اكثر الشطاره الانترنت ، وهناك مشاريع اخرى يجري اعدادها حاليا لاحراز تقدم في المعاون التي تربطهم مع بقية العالم.

One of the present issues being tackled is the lack of affordable broadband Internet access. هذا واحد من القضايا التي يجرى معالجتها ، هو الافتقار الى امكانيه الوصول الى الانترنت عريضة النطاق بأسعار معقولة. The Association for Progressive Communications has taken the first step in addressing the issue by developing FibreForAfrica.net a site designed to equip people with information about international Internet Bandwidth in Africa. رابطة الاتصالات التقدميه اتخذت الخطوة الاولى في معالجة هذه المساله عن طريق تطوير fibreforafrica.net موقع المصممه لتزويد الناس المعلومات الدولية الانترنت عن النطاق الترددي في افريقيا. (APC) wrote in its press release: (الرابطه) كتب في بيانها الصحفى :

â€œAfrica currently has to pay for some of the most expensive bandwidth in the world. Â € œafrica حاليا على الدفع لبعض من اغلى النطاق الترددي في العالم. The region currently only has one major international fibre cable (SAT3) that connects countries in West and Southern Africa but East Africa has no fibre connection. المنطقة حاليا واحدة فقط وقد الدولية الرئيسية كيبل الألياف (sat3) التي تربط بلدان في غرب افريقيا وجنوب شرق افريقيا ولكن ليس له صلة الالياف. Fibre connections usually mean cheaper prices than satellite for volume traffic but because of the monopoly structure of the SAT3 consortium, its operators have kept prices high.â€ توصيلات الالياف يعني عادة ارخص من اسعار الساتليه لحجم حركة المرور ولكن بسبب احتكار هيكل من sat3 الائتلاف ، ومتعهدي قد أبقت الاسعار high.â €

â€œAll this will change if the proposed East African Submarine Cable System (EASSy) cable is built as it will connect countries on the eastern side of the continent and if this new capacity is offered in a way that maximizes use and lowers price.â€ Â € œall هذا الأمر سيتغير اذا المقترحة شرق افريقيا الغواصه نظام الكابل (eassy) باك بنائها كما سيربط البلدان على الجانب الشرقي من القارة ، واذا كان هذا هو قدره جديدة عرضت في الطريقة التي تحقق اقصى قدر من الاستخدام ويخفض price.â €

In efforts to keep the ball rolling, South Africaâ€™s City of Cape Town has devised its own plan to promote computer literacy and instill the importance of creating content to make the city a part of the online community. في الجهود الراميه الى ابقاء الكرة المتجدده ، جنوب africaâ € ™ ق مدينة كيب تاون وضعت خطتها الخاصة لتشجيع محو الامية في مجال الحاسوب وغرس اهمية خلق المحتوى الى جعل المدينة جزءا من مجتمع الإنترنت. They are bringing the Internet to the citizens using the mobile Smart Cape Access Unit, a truck which comes to areas housing the poor and unemployed. وهم بذلك الى شبكة الانترنت للمواطنين باستخدام الجوال الذكيه الرأس وصول وحدة ، والشاحنات التي تاتي لمناطق اسكان الفقراء والعاطلين عن العمل. The unit holds eight computers and provides 45 minute Internet sessions for those in need. تعقد الوحدة ثمانيه حواسيب وتوفر 45 دقيقة الانترنت دورات للمحتاجين. The program is proving to be a success and plans are under way to provide more trucks. البرنامج هو يبرهن على انه نجاح ويجرى حاليا إعداد خطط لتوفير مزيد من الشاحنات.

Itâ€™s all ways good to see progress being made in this region of the world and an even better feeling comes from everyone uniting to further such a cause. Itâ € ™ ق جميع السبل الجيدة لرؤية التقدم الذى يتم احرازه في هذه المنطقة من العالم ، وحتى أفضل شعور يأتي من الجميع متحدون من اجل مزيد من هذه القضية.
