ماذا عن رعايه الشباب حقا؟

There is a meaning and importunacy in examining weather the youth really care about their society, when we embark on answering what does the youth really care. ثمة معنى وimportunacy في دراسة الاحوال الجوية حقا رعايه الشباب تجاه مجتمعهم ، وعندما نشرع في الاجابه ماذا يعني حقا رعايه الشباب. As far as my understanding is concerned, the youth really care about their community. بقدر ما افهم المعنى ، وحقا رعايه الشباب عن مجتمعهم.

The action resulting from the genuine care of the youth has set the foundation for the progress of most communities If we look at the past, we see, from Sri Lanka to India, Chile to Serbia, and Iran to Philippines, there is a long list of instances, where the youth have played a vital role in evolution of their communities. العمل الحقيقية الناجمة عن رعايه الشباب قد وضعت الاساس لاحراز تقدم في معظم المجتمعات المحلية اذا القينا نظرة على الماضي ، فإننا نرى ، من سرى لانكا والهند وشيلي الى صربيا ، والى ايران والفلبين ، وهناك قائمة طويلة من الحالات ، حيث الشباب لعبت دورا حيويا في تطور مجتمعاتهم.
It is pertinent to draw an example from my own hometown ‘Jaffna’ to explain this argument. ومن المناسب أن يوجه مثال من بلدي مسقط 'جافنا' لشرح هذه الحجه. The youth in the past did well to contribute to the growth of ‘Jaffna society’. الشباب في الماضي وايضا لتسهم في نمو 'جافنا المجتمع'. According to an article UTHR (J) website, it is the youth of Jaffna, represented the youth congress during 1920s, and dominated the political activities of the Tamils. ووفقا للمادة uthr (ي) الموقع الالكتروني ، ومن الشباب من جفنا ، يمثل مؤتمر الشباب خلال العشرينات من القرن الماضي ، وسيطرت على الانشطه السياسية للالتاميل. The youth congress had been the back bone of the Tamil politics, committed to self governance (Swaraj) and pluralistic nationalism. الشباب الكونغرس قد ظهر العظام السياسة من طائفة التاميل ، التى ارتكبت فى تقرير المصير والحكم (swaraj) والتعدديه القوميه. As Kadirgamar mentioned the eradication of inequalities, respect and tolerance for all religious faiths, the development of local trade and industries, the revival of national literature, art and music and the teaching of Tamil in schools in south Ceylon and Sinhalese in schools in north Ceylon were other prime objectives of youth congress, and the youth of Jaffna had been inspired by this. كما ذكر كاديرغامار القضاء على اوجه عدم المساواة والاحترام والتسامح لجميع الاديان ، وتنمية التجارة والصناعات المحلية ، وإحياء الوطنية والادب والفن والموسيقى والتدريس في المدارس من التاميل في جنوب سيلان والسنهاليين في المدارس فى شمال سيلان وكانت الاهداف الرئيسية الاخرى للمؤتمر الشباب ، والشباب من جفنا كانت مستوحاة من هذا. The youth had been the driving force behind the many notable successes of the ‘Jaffna community’ in the socio-political and Economic contexts. الشباب كان القوة الدافعه وراء الكثير من النجاحات البارزة لل'جافنا المجتمع' فى المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية. Furthermore untouchability and the dowry system are gradually disappearing from the Jaffna community. وعلاوة على النبذ ونظام المهور وتختفي تدريجيا من جافنا. The credit for this change goes to the youth, as they are becoming the change they want to see. والفضل في هذا التغيير يعود الى الشباب ، لأنها أصبحت هي التغيير انها تريد ان ترى. Youthm in general, care about issues such as corruption, diversity, untouchability, armed culture of impunity etc. There is no doubt that they strongly care about their societies. Youthm في العام ، والرعايه عن قضايا من قبيل الفساد ، والتنوع ، والنبذ ، المسلحه ثقافة الافلات من العقاب الخ مما لا شك فيه ان الرعايه بقوة عن مجتمعاتهم. A Harvard study has found that 60% of youth are involved as volunteers in many organizations to help society. أ وقد وجدت دراسة اجرتها جامعة هارفارد ان 60 ٪ من الشباب كمتطوعين وتشارك فى العديد من المنظمات للمساعدة في المجتمع. More often than not, they believe in actions, not in words. وفي كثير من الاحيان ، وهم يرون في الاجراءات ، وليس في الكلمات. These are the people who are supposed to take the responsibility of the future of their communities. هذه هي الناس من المفترض ان تحمل المسؤولية للمستقبل مجتمعاتهم المحلية. They realize that it is their responsibility not only to care about themselves, but also to care about their society. ويدركون ان المسؤولية تقع على عاتقهم ليس فقط الى الرعايه عن انفسهم فحسب ، بل ايضا على رعايه تجاه مجتمعهم. Indeed very rightly they do both of this. والواقع انها جدا بحق كل من هذه.

What does the youth really care about? ماذا عن رعايه الشباب حقا؟
