STOP MIGRATION: Scholars Migrating From Home Country. STOP migratie: het migreren van geleerden uit het land van herkomst.

Educated and non-educated people alike immigrate abroad in search of opportunities & a better standard life. Opgeleide en niet-opgeleide mensen immigreren zowel in het buitenland op zoek naar kansen en een beter leven. But when educated professionals leave their home country, do they realize that this mass migration can cause serious consequences for the country they’re leaving behind. Maar toen opgeleide professionals verlaten hun land van herkomst, doen ze beseffen dat deze massale migratie kan leiden tot ernstige gevolgen voor het land dat ze achterlaat. The reason is that, without an educated workforce it’s problematic for a poor country to develop and prosper. De reden hiervoor is dat, zonder een goed opgeleide beroepsbevolking is het probleem voor een arm land te ontwikkelen en te bloeien. This phenomenon can be also named as BRAIN DRAIN. Dit verschijnsel kan ook worden genoemd als brain drain.

Can you ever imagine India without Doctors, Engineers and other professionals? Kunt u zich voorstellen ooit India zonder artsen, ingenieurs en andere professionals? This is exactly what is happening in India. Dat is precies wat er gebeurt in India. Most of the talented students are crazy to earn in dollars, so they leave their field after graduation and work for BPO companies (Wipro, TCS). Het merendeel van de talentvolle studenten zijn gek te verdienen in dollars, dus het verlaten van hun gebied na de studie en werk voor BPO bedrijven (Wipro, TCS). If this is not brain drain then what is this? Als dit niet braindrain dan wat is dit? For instance, when an Engineer from India moves to another developed country, their country’s gain is the native lands loss. Wanneer bijvoorbeeld een ingenieur uit India verplaatst naar een ander ontwikkeld land is, hun land te krijgen is het native landt verlies.

My critics about migration condemns as a financial loss, since Government spend money on training Doctors, Engineers and other professionals. Mijn critici over migratie veroordeelt als een financieel verlies, aangezien de regering geld uitgeven aan opleiding van artsen, ingenieurs en andere professionals. But then what happens is one of every three settles down abroad or in other words in more developed countries. Maar dan wat er gebeurt is een van de drie zich vestigen in het buitenland of met andere woorden in de meer ontwikkelde landen. According to WHO- India is the largest donor of educated Professional Man Power in the world. Volgens de WHO-India is de grootste donor van hoogopgeleide Professional Man Power in de wereld.

The way I look at this problem is that firstly, the country itself should evaluate & secondly it must attract every professional to stay in their home country. De manier waarop ik kijk naar dit probleem is dat ten eerste, het land zelf te evalueren en anderzijds moet trekken om de professionele te blijven in hun eigen land. But is that possible when it comes to social issues like discrimination based caste, region, class, etc. Its because of Reservation where educated & talented people don’t get chances. Maar is dat mogelijk als het gaat om sociale kwesties als discriminatie op grond van kaste, regio, klasse, enz. Het gevolg van Reserveren waar opgeleide en talentvolle mensen niet de kans krijgen. Its India wher problems of non-functional infrastructure arise where corrupted politicians forget their own promises and survive on the fact that masses have short memories. Haar India, waar problemen op het gebied van niet-functionele infrastructuur ontstaan waarin corrupte politici vergeten hun eigen beloften en overleven op het feit dat de massa's hebben korte herinneringen. This is the reason why people are running from home country due to endless hypocrisy, people are running away from then fact that they require a lot of courage to enter a police station to ask for help! Dit is de reden waarom mensen die loopt van het land van herkomst als gevolg van eindeloze hypocrisie, de mensen achter dan dat ze een veel moed om in een politiebureau om te vragen om hulp! People are running away from this state of living, hopefully, a better state of living to seek peace of mind. Mensen zijn weg van deze stand van wonen, hopelijk, een betere stand van de levensomstandigheden te zoeken naar gemoedsrust. It leads to disappointment when it comes to the judicial system here, where the legal community never stop patting their own backs & never stop praising themselves. Het leidt tot teleurstelling als het gaat om het justitiële systeem hier, waar de juridische gemeenschap nooit stoppen patting hun eigen rug & nooit stoppen lovend zelf. Seriously on other hand what is the use of having a brain which is not respected with avenues to use it? Echt op de andere kant wat is het nut van een hersentumor die niet gerespecteerd wordt met wegen te gebruiken? People are moving for their own good. Mensen zijn in beweging voor hun eigen goed.

From economic point of view it restricts employment for overqualified people in domestic industries, for lesser pay. Vanuit economisch oogpunt is het de werkgelegenheid voor overgekwalificeerd mensen in de binnenlandse industrie, voor minder loon. So do people run away. Dus gaan mensen weglopen. May be the developed country they are shifting to need the brain & we need their money. Kunnen worden ontwikkeld, het land dat ze moeten verschuiven naar de hersenen en we moeten hun geld. In some sense it is boon for them which causes economic losses in home country. In zekere zin is het fantastisch zijn voor hen die leidt tot economische verliezen in eigen land.

Nearly 20,000 Indians migrate to USA every year. Bijna 20.000 Indiërs migreren naar de VS per jaar. This outflow causes technical gap & increases dependence on the developed world. Deze uitstroom van technische oorzaken & kloof vergroot de afhankelijkheid van de ontwikkelde wereld. Our economy needs good path to work on. Onze economie heeft behoefte aan goede weg te werken. Hope the MNC’s in India will certainly not allow brain-drain as fast as it was in past. Hoop dat de MNC's in India zeker niet zal toestaan dat braindrain zo snel als het was in het verleden. Moreover MNC’s in India will improve its GDP. Bovendien MNC's in India zal de verbetering van zijn BBP. May be now I hope many professionals must look for opportunities back home rather than struggling in the equities of job market in developed countries. Mag worden nu ik hoop dat veel bedrijven moeten zoeken naar mogelijkheden terug naar huis in plaats van vechten in de aandelen van de arbeidsmarkt in de ontwikkelde landen.

Finally, I say, go learn, gain knowledge & acquire new technologies, do whatever you feel, live freely, but do come back & visit home country for rest of your life to make it developed than developing. Tot slot wil ik zeggen, ga je leren, kennis en het verwerven van nieuwe technologieën, doen en laten wat je denkt, leeft vrij, maar doen terugkomen en bezoek het land van herkomst voor de rest van uw leven te maken ontwikkeld dan ontwikkelingslanden.
