Obeying The Golden Rule

Jesus Christ preached the greatest yet shortest sermon in history when he taught on The Golden Rule which was about doing to others what we would want them to do unto us. There's a saying on the streets of Detroit, 'What goes around comes around'. It's quite funny that so many people have broken this rule so many times unconsciously, we have done unto others on a good day what we won't like them to do to us. We hurt, betray, lie and cheat others and would be the first to cry foul when they do it to us. Many people are mostly victims or victors of the golden rule, I know of a man who used to go about raping young girls thinking he was having the time of his life when he got married and had a beautiful baby girl, she got raped in her youth because of the seeds her old man had sown. Well how about that for sowing wild oats?

You can wriggle your way round man made laws and pretty much get away it but not this particular one because this one is made by The Supreme Being Himself and which body flouts the bosses orders? Answer, nobody. I have come to an understansing that we live in a universe that is governed by laws and governed by principles, when we walk in accordance to those laws we reap its benefits but when we walk contrary to those laws we end up reaping the consequences there are favourites in this case. We are where we are today because of the decisions we made yesterday so for you to receive good you've got to do good that is what the golden rule says. You can decide to say 'Yeah Whatever' or you could decide to obey because this particular rule has governed the universe for thousands of years and it will continue to till the universe ceases to exist. So what do you do? Obey the golden rule, do unto others as you have them do unto you and watch the miracles that would come your way while doing so.
